Here's how to plan your room in 5 minutes β work through the steps below. You can reopen this guide any time: the ? Guide button in the top bar or the ? Guide β step-by-step link in the footer.
Room Reorganiser β step-by-step guide
A demo room is already loaded. Work through the steps β every one is undoable (βΆ / Ctrl+Z).
Move furniture: with β Select, click any item and drag it to a new spot.
Draw walls: 𧱠Wall tool, then click-drag in the 2D plan. Drag a wall's middle to move it, either β end to reshape. Extra segments make alcoves, pillars, more rooms.
Cut a door or window: πͺ / πͺ tool, then click on a wall. Drag the opening along the wall to position it.
Add furniture: click a preset in the "Add furniture" section (beds, desks, sofa, TV, shelf, plant, rugβ¦). Wall items like TVs attach to a wall automatically β pull them away to floor-stand them.
Fine-tune: select an item to rename, resize, recolour, rotate (β³ / R), copy (β§ / Ctrl+D) or delete it. A red outline / β means two things overlap.
Pan & zoom the 2D plan: mouse wheel zooms at the cursor; drag empty space to pan; β€’ Fit re-centres the plan.
Check it in 3D: drag the background to orbit, wheel to zoom β you can also drag furniture directly in the 3D view.
Walk through it: πΆ Walk, then WASD/arrows to move and the mouse to look (Shift = run). You can walk through doors; Esc exits and resets the view to the room.
Save & share: the plan auto-saves in this browser. β― More has β¬ Export / β¬ Import (JSON file to keep or send to someone) and π· PNG snapshots. Reset restores the demo room β undoable.
